Why I Do Not Practice Classical Biotherapy

Why I Do Not Practice Classical Biotherapy

A New Way to Understand Biotherapy and Heart Energy

The question “Why do I not practice classical biotherapy?” is one of the most common questions I receive in my work.

When people first see my method and witness physical body reactions that happen without direct touch, they are often surprised. Classical biotherapy, as it is commonly understood today, is usually described as a process in which the biotherapist acts as a channel or mediator who transfers bioenergy from one person to another.

Although this model has been widely accepted for decades, my long experience, thousands of hours of work with people, and careful observation of physical reactions have led me to a very different conclusion.

I do not practice classical biotherapy because I do not believe that bioenergy is something that is transferred like a substance from one person to another.

For me, bioenergy is not a product.

It is not something that one person gives and another person receives.

It is a state of the human body, the heart, the nervous system, and the human biofield.

Breaking the Myth of Energy Transfer

The classical approach to biotherapy often suggests that energy must “travel” from the therapist’s hands into the client’s body. Through practice, I have seen that this explanation does not clearly describe what actually happens during real no-touch reactions.

If energy is not a physical substance moving like liquid from one body to another, then how do we explain immediate physical reactions?

How do we explain movement without touch?

How do we explain changes in posture, balance, breathing, and body tension?

This is why I do not see bioenergy as something that is simply sent.

Bioenergy is not a substance that fills an empty battery.

It is not a commodity.

It is not something that belongs to the therapist.

Bioenergy is a state.

When we stop thinking only in terms of transfer, we open the door to a deeper understanding based on biology, field interaction, the nervous system, and psychosomatic response.

Heart Energy as the Real Foundation

If classical biotherapy is not about transferring energy, then what is the foundation of my work?

The answer is heart energy.

The heart is not only a pump for blood. It creates rhythm, electrical activity, and an electromagnetic field that communicates with the body and the surrounding environment.

When I work with a person, my goal is not to “send” my energy into them. My goal is to bring myself into a state of inner coherence so that the field of my heart can act as a catalyst for their own body.

That is a completely different principle.

The change does not come from me as an external source.

The change begins inside the other person.

My role is to create the conditions.

Their body responds.

Their nervous system reacts.

Their own biofield begins to reorganize.

This is why I describe my work as heart energy work, not classical biotherapy.

Classical Biotherapy vs. Heart Energy Work

Classical biotherapy often focuses on the transfer of life energy from the therapist to the client. The therapist is seen as a channel, while the client is often placed in a passive position.

My work is different.

The main focus is not energy transfer.

The main focus is inner state.

In classical biotherapy, hand movements are often seen as necessary for directing energy. In my work, hand movements are secondary and often unnecessary. What matters most is presence, heart coherence, and the quality of the field created through the inner state.

Classical biotherapy usually sees the source of change as external.

Heart energy work sees the source of change as internal.

The person does not receive power from me.

The person’s own system is activated.

This is the key difference.

Why Hand Movements Can Be Misleading

Many energy workers use complex hand movements to show that energy is moving. These movements may look impressive and may help the client relax, but they are not necessarily the true cause of the body’s reaction.

A person may focus on the movement and expect something to happen. That expectation alone can create a psychological or physical response.

But when we remove the focus from the movement and bring attention to the state of presence, we begin to see something deeper.

The real factor is not the hand.

The real factor is the state.

It is the coherence of the person working.

It is the field created by that state.

It is the response of the body standing inside that field.

This is why I do not need dramatic movements to create a reaction. The body does not respond to theater. It responds to state, presence, and field interaction.

Heart Coherence and the Nervous System

Heart coherence is not just a spiritual idea. It is a physiological state connected to the heart, breath, nervous system, and emotional balance.

When the heart enters a more coherent rhythm, the body often begins to shift into a calmer and more organized state. Breathing changes. Muscle tension can decrease. The nervous system may move away from stress and into a state of regulation.

In that state, the body becomes more responsive.

The mind becomes quieter.

The person feels safer.

The body becomes more open to change.

As a practitioner, I do not “fix” the person. I create an environment in which their own body may begin to regulate itself.

That is very different from the classical idea of sending energy into someone.

How Can Bioenergy Work Without Touch?

One of the most common questions is how bioenergy can work without physical contact.

The classical explanation usually says that energy travels from the therapist to the client.

My view is different.

We are not isolated systems. The human body constantly communicates through signals, attention, emotion, posture, breath, and electromagnetic activity. When one person enters a strong coherent state, another person nearby may respond to that state.

This is not simple energy transfer.

It is resonance.

A good comparison is two musical instruments. When one string vibrates at a certain frequency, another nearby string may begin to vibrate in harmony.

In a similar way, the human body may respond to a strong, organized, coherent field.

That is why reactions can happen without touch.

Not because something invisible is being “pushed” into the person, but because the person’s own system begins to respond.

Why People React to My Work

People react because the body recognizes an authentic state.

When someone comes to a session or stands in a demonstration, they may carry stress, fear, tension, emotional pressure, or mental overload. Their field is often noisy and disorganized.

When I enter a focused heart-centered state, the field becomes quieter, stronger, and more organized.

The person’s body may then begin to adjust.

This may appear as warmth, tingling, relaxation, swaying, spontaneous movement, or a visible change in balance.

These are not “my” reactions.

They are reactions of the person’s own body.

Their organism is trying to return to a more natural state.

That is why I say this work is not about me giving energy. It is about creating a condition where the person’s own body begins to respond.

Common Myths About Biotherapy

Over the years, I have seen several myths that make it harder for people to understand how energy work may actually function.

The first myth is that the therapist becomes exhausted because they lose energy during the session. If someone believes they are giving their own energy away, they may experience that process as draining. But when the work is based on state and coherence, the practitioner does not need to “empty” themselves.

The second myth is that energy must be forced or pushed. Many people believe they must strain their mind in order to send energy. But effort often creates tension. Tension blocks coherence. Real work is not based on force. It is based on presence.

The third myth is that special techniques, symbols, or movements are the source of change. Techniques can be useful, but only if they help the person reach the right state. Once the state is real, the technique becomes secondary.

This is why I focus less on ritual and more on direct experience.

How I Enter the State of Heart Coherence

Many people ask me how I do this.

The answer is not in secret rituals.

The answer is in daily inner practice.

It begins with focus.

The mind must be trained to stay present instead of constantly running into fear, analysis, and mental noise.

It continues with breathing.

Breathing influences heart rhythm, nervous system regulation, and inner stability.

It also requires emotional hygiene.

Before working with another person, the practitioner must release low, chaotic, or reactive states. If the practitioner is full of tension, fear, ego, or mental noise, the field cannot be stable.

When focus, breath, emotional clarity, and heart awareness become part of daily life, entering coherence becomes faster and more natural.

This is what people often feel before any visible movement happens.

They feel the state.

See the Difference in Practice

Theory is useful, but practice reveals the truth.

On my YouTube channel, Berislav Hermeščec Official, you can see real no-touch demonstrations that show the difference between classical biotherapy and the work I describe as heart energy and state-based influence.

You can see people react to presence.

You can see bodies relax, sway, shift, and move without physical contact.

You can see that the reaction does not depend on exotic movements, dramatic speech, or ritual.

The videos are not created for sensationalism.

They are created for education.

They show how sensitive the human body can be to a real, coherent field.

A New Paradigm of Energy Work

My decision not to practice classical biotherapy is not rebellion.

It is responsibility.

After years of practice and observation, I cannot honestly describe my work as a simple transfer of energy from one person to another. That explanation is too limited.

We need a new paradigm.

A paradigm based on the heart.

A paradigm based on coherence.

A paradigm based on the human biofield.

A paradigm where the client is not passive, but active through their own body response.

Bioenergy is not something you must receive from another person.

It is already yours.

It is connected to your body, your heart, your breath, your nervous system, and your inner state.

Sometimes all that is needed is the right condition for that energy to wake up again.

Conclusion

I do not practice classical biotherapy because I do not believe the deepest change comes from one person transferring energy into another.

I believe the real change begins when the body remembers its own power.

Heart energy is not about dependence.

It is not about rituals.

It is not about blindly believing in someone else’s ability.

It is about the state of the human being.

It is about the field of the heart.

It is about the body’s natural intelligence.

It is about the possibility that what people call bioenergy has been inside them all along.

My work exists to show that possibility in practice.

If you want to understand the difference, watch the demonstrations, observe the reactions, and decide for yourself.
