In this video, I show a simple 5 minute kundalini energy exercise designed for beginners who want to start feeling real sensations in the body.
This is not a complicated practice. You do not need special equipment, previous experience, or years of training. The exercise begins with slow movements through the hands, fingers, palms, and forearms. The goal is to bring your attention into the body and notice what you can actually feel.
At first, the sensations may be very subtle. You may feel warmth, tingling, pressure, light vibration, or a gentle movement inside the hands. These small signals are important because they help you develop awareness of your own internal bioenergy flow.
The second part of the exercise includes a simple breathing rhythm. Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, then exhale slowly through the mouth for 6 seconds. As the breathing becomes calmer and more controlled, the physical sensations in the body can become stronger and easier to recognize.
The focus of this practice is not imagination. The focus is direct physical feeling.
This beginner exercise is a starting point for anyone interested in kundalini energy, bioenergy, chi, life force, and the human energy field. With regular practice, it may help you become more sensitive to the signals in your hands, improve circulation, and build a stronger connection with your own body.
